Scaling a Streetwear Brand

The Problem
Spend was going into broad audiences with no segmentation. Creatives were being tested randomly with no winner identification system. Retargeting pools were contaminated and campaign structure was triggering constant learning phases.
Our Approach
We restructured the full Meta campaign architecture into a clean CBO prospecting setup with organised ad sets, built a proper creative testing framework, fixed retargeting pool contamination, and established weekly optimisation rules that kept the account out of learning phase.
The Result
Stable ROAS, lower CPAs, and a campaign structure the brand could scale confidently without breaking performance.
